Ordered a roast beef with bacon. Received a bun with bacon on it, no roast beef. Was told that I could return for a refund or a replacement sandwich. I paid for a contracted sandwich, did not receive it. The manner provided for amelioration is unacceptable. Teach your employees how to read.
