Our waitress had a crappy attitude and when we asked for a new waitress she got really confrontational with my father in law. She proceeded to come back and ask for an explanation. At that point we just wanted to leave. While waiting for someone new we noticed the waitress telling a few of her co workers something and staring. We didn’t bother waiting for the appetizers and by the time we left the whole staff was staring at us. Went to city limit’s instead. Much better experience. Absolutely great tasting food. Great drinks as well. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Throughly enjoyed my visit. Only negative I could say is the prices for the amount of food you get is kind of high. We had the boneless wings and they were about the size of chicken nuggets. Six wings did not fill me up and had to order another six. The days drink special was full price based on what others charge. $6.50 for a house margareta. It's not the place I could afford to sit and watch a 3 hour ballgame and eat and drink. I suppose that is the way of the world now days. If you have plenty of money to spend, you can enjoy yourself. We had some wings and a couple of drinks and our bill was $70 dollars, not including the tip. I usually go to Texas Roadhouse and have steaks for that price. Maybe I'm just too old and remember the good old days. They were the best tasting wings I've had. Bone appetite! Or boneless appetite! I'm rating very well because our usual experience is great. But we went on a Tuesday recently and the service at the beginning was horrible. We sat there for 20 minutes before anyone came over to wait on us. They were not even busy. Only a couple of tables were filled. I'm just saying I've had better service on days they were packed. Not really a huge chain restaurant type person. But BWW’s is good! It’s good for people on a diet or keto. I always get garlic Parmesan. I also got a burger with no bun due to the bread and a side salad. All super good. Our waitress was super awesome as well. No complaints. Well I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I have gone 2x now and both times were amazing. Both times we had Blake as our server and he was very attentive never had to ask for refills food was hot and delicious. Haven't eaten here in a couple years because of the service and the food quality. Tried it again today. And nothing has changed. My wife ordered boneless wings. Got bone in wings with the wrong sauce. We also ordered a chicken sandwich to go. We even showed the waitress the exact chicken sandwich we wanted and what we got is not even close. We got there around 6 on Tuesday for my son’s bday. He chose this place. From the moment we walked in it went side ways. Hostess didn’t know where to seat us, my husband eventually had to go push some tables together for the 5 of us. I had to go hunt down menus because the hostess also forgot that. Then we finally got our drink orders and we ordered food A good 20 minutes after walking in the door. Then the food came out of the kitchen one plate at a time. My father in law got his food, then about 10 minutes later my husband got his. Then about 15 minutes later my MIL got hers. Then my sons came and then my plate almost 40 minutes after the first plate was brought out. Manager apologized and said the kitchen was backed up. But everyone else was done eating by the time my son and myself got our food, I just asked for a to go box. The only bright side was that the food did taste good. Edit to add: the manager did offer to comp my meal, very begrudgingly after I complained. We also drove an hour to eat there. My pic is what $4 in fries gets ya. Very disappointed in the cost to food ratio. The food was decent, but light on the sauce. Also had to have the waitress swap out our bench seats.
