Refuses to make lemonade in drive thru. Plain as day on the menu but because it’s only in the lobby they won’t make it. The night manager is always rude about it and everything else. I worked at Arby’s and had to do the same thing and we did everything we could to accommodate our guests. So I would happily walk around and grab what they wanted. But this location has piss poor attitudes and don’t care about the experience. They don’t want to be there. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I rarely go here and there are a couple reasons. One the service is always terrible. I tried to go there tonight and water to grab just a couple of their new grilled chicken wraps for something quick for dinner. After waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-thru when there was only one vehicle in front of me and two cars in the entire parking lot I backed out and left. The time before that I'm the only one in Burger King they packed my food up in the brown bag set it on the counter where they keep their bags and then walked off and I had to shout for somebody to come up from the back of the damn restaurant to give me my food before it was ice cold. No way in hell I'm ever going back again I will literally slaughter a cow first. There's absolutely no excuse for service to ever be this bad when the damn place is empty. Food was great. Best burger I've had in a while honestly, also don't forget their Hershey pies......are just amazing. Plus my truck wouldn't fit through the drive thru and their staff brought my order out to me without complaining or making rude remarks. Very classy group of employees. Thank you. Three food is great, and their staff is amazing during the day. However, at night i have went to the restaurant and try to go in. There were no sign telling us that the lobby was closed due to short staff. I understand being short staff as I have worked in fast food myself before but we even had to make a handwritten sign, but the fact that they failed to put up a sign has hindred my experience here. I avoided this location for years because the old crew was too wrapped up in family feuds and dating dramas to do their jobs. That seems to be fixed! Friendly, fast service. And the food was hot and well made! The missing stars are because they were out of all cups except small and half their sauces. That's on the company, not the location. And the dining room had very few clean tables. Plenty of staff. They were putting everyone on serving drive through. Service slow. Only had 3 employees I could see and only one was really working on customers orders. One was filling ice on drink station, then sweeping the floor. The other employee was just standing around complaining. Only 4 people ordering food was inside with Togo orders, I think they shut down the drive thru which I never use away. Most nonprofessional fast food establishment I been to. 2 stars was for the older lady doing the work. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There seemed to be a great deal of confusion among some employees. One gentleman was very angry. He couldn't seem to find the individual outside who had ordered using the drive thru and began raising his voice at another employee. While he was not being very professional, I did respect his desire to be more efficient. This is my two cents on the drive thru timer; I feel that employees are forced to ask patrons to pull up and wait simply so that the corporate office sees an efficient drive thru time. That looks great on paper, but reality tells a different story. Just because I'm not sitting at the drive thru window does not make my time efficient. This effort opens the door for many mistakes. I believe what took place during my visit was a prime example of why you shouldn't ask people to pull forward and wait, especially if there's no one else behind you. Love the food at this location! Definently some if the best ad-worthy made food, and tastes amazing. I don't know what this place does differently than the other locations, but it's so much better and worth it. We drive beyond two other Burger Kings just to visit this one! I definitely recommend this place.

Well I tried the Impossible Whopper and it was everything I imagined a soy based burger would be. The BK on Battlefield Prkwy still done a wonderful job of making my visit a good one. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be clean and well stocked, for a post lunch rush.
