Bad customer service in regards to the ordering process. Drive thru with very long lines it can take up to 20-25 min to get your order. Both drive-thru machines don't work. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

30 mins just to place my order. The people are nice, so they are not at fault. The ordering process is absolutely HORRIBLE. Never stopping here again. Price per person $1–10

I love dutch Bros, but been waiting in this line for about 40min, is just baffling, haven't ordered, just waiting and people that got here later on, went to second lane and got their order taken and left a long time ago🙄 meanwhile I'm here in line waiting my turn 🙄

There was no line, yet took 30mins to take my order. And im certain they over charged me. Ten dollars for a large chai is that right? I didn’t care to correct them at that point I just wanted to leave. I never had a problem before so I was a bit disappointed :( Service: 1
