17 of my last 20 sandwiches from this McDonald’s have been made incorrectly. The only time they get my order correct is if I order nuggets. The service and attitude is ridiculous especially after pointing out their mistakes. Burger patty’s that have sat for over 15 minutes, fried warmed up in the microwave. Out of hand. You need to train your staff for time management because it is absolutely ridiculous the amount of time that people sit in this line and wait. Any other fast food restaurant in this town can get the food out by the time you’re at the next window or they’ll get it out within two minutes. Your food is not worth the amount of time I spend in this line and all you seem to do is hire potheads and people who are high which is probably why it takes so long. Not sure if they are understaffed, but it took 30 minutes to get food through the drive through. I was 2 cars back when I arrived. A week ago I came and ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes and no cars in front of me moved in the drive through. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Bluffton McDs is the worst. You're guaranteed to wait 30 mins for ANYTHING you order. If you don't give yourself an extra hour, you'll be late to work and church!
