Starbucks off Knoxville in Peoria, IL is usually pretty fast given they are directly across from an interstate exchange and two major hospitals. That being said, they got my drink order wrong. I’m not mad,m. I asked for oatmilk instead of dairy, as I’m cutting back down. It’s not worth wasting product on a mistake. I just hope they take a little more time to confirm as they were pushing out customers very quickly. This is the best Starbucks—they never miss! My drinks (and food) have always been accurate, tasty, and timely! Everyone is also SO friendly here! I actually drive out of my way to stop at this particular location because I can always count on their consistency. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really nice people here. I didn’t have enough money one day and an employee randomly “put it on the house”… who does that? Not a lot of businesses that’s for sure. I really appreciate real life people. They have a speedy drive through as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a drink on line. I’m not even sure what size it was because I don’t understand anything other than small, medium, and large which Starbucks doesn’t use. Anyway I asked for some room to be left at the top so I could add my shake. I go to pick up the coffee and the girl on the intercom is explaining to me how the size I ordered gives me less coffee but I’m paying for more and she asked would I like to size up. I said okay sure that makes sense. Get to the window and the guy felt the need to explain it to me all over again like, I just had this conversation we agreed the coffee would be sized up to a venti I think it was. What really did it for me was the fact that someone wrote “what?” On the cup sticker like I’m slow or something. I’m sorry, I don’t care enough about coffee to learn Starbucks sizing lingo, there’s other important things to tend to in the world. When the guy handed me my coffee and I seen the word “what?” written on it I said “oh wow someone wrote what? on my cup and I laughed about it but let’s be very honest. You’re a barista at Starbucks, that certainly does not give you the right to think you’re better or smarter than someone else. I’ll stick to Dunkin and deal with the lady screaming at me through the intercom every morning. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This Starbucks has an amazing crew! They make all their drinks with love. I 10/10 recommend this location. You wont be disappointed. Keep up the amazing work crew. Even on busy days I don't feel like I have to wait"too long." Super friendly staff. Only outdoor seating and pickup but the space is easy to sit and chat with people, and the set makes you forget that you're next to one of the busiest intersections in Peoria. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Johna is the sweetest!! A friends daughter is in ER and having hard time to order on-line and I kept circling through drive thru talking with him. Finally ordered via phone and Johna paid for mom's breakfast!! And threw in cake pops for daughter!! How thoughtful!! He is the best!! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast
