I was in line today and witnessed impeccable customer service from Valdez to a customer who absolutely did not deserve any kindness, but received nothing but kindness and patience from Valdez anyway. Hats off to you for being an amazing and kind person!! The world could definitely use more people like you 🩷 Starbucks is lucky to have you! Service: 5

Yesterday I went before work as usual to grab a coffee and when I got to the window, the cashier literally stood there on her phone for like 3 whole minutes without even acknowledging me or saying “hey one sec” she just ignored me and so after about a minute or so I casually said “heeeyyyy” in case she just didn’t realize I was there and she literally looked at me and said “I was taking an order.” In the most miserable way possible and so I just kind of sat there awkwardly lol…. It’s weird tho cause her mouth wasn’t even moving and she was on her phone so idk how that looks like her “taking an order” and even if she truly was taking an order, she could’ve just been like “hey I’ll be right with you” and I would’ve been like yea for sure dude! …. Super weird.

Absolute worst costumer service I have ever seen. Rude worker ruined my day. Simply wanted a drink and food. When I ordered, I asked for the food and they didn’t have it. I ask for another, nope. Order ANOTHER food, nope out of that too. You’d think someone who works in the food industry would then give suggestions of what they do have. Nope. Sat there and let me order about everything on the menu just to say they don’t have it. Ok. Ended up with no food. After I drove slightly away I simply said Wow ok. Got to the window and she is insanely rude. Says she can hear what I said and basically yells at me for it. Yells at me for saying wow because Starbucks is out of everything?! Absolutely not. Tall, gingerish, round, white women, with her hair cut just below her ears. Won’t be coming to this awful Starbucks again. This Starbucks is truly going downhill. They’re completely understaffed and it shows. However, the customer shouldn’t have to deal with that. I order from my app every morning, yet I’m still waiting 10 minutes for my order. The employees are extremely rude they never apologize and only say “everyone else is waiting just like you” also heard one staff member with red hair who often makes the food say “if y’all don’t want to wait make your coffee at home” this store has a very bad atmosphere. The barista Liz made me a HORRIBLE matcha it looked like oat milk with a small scoop of matcha. This location needs a completely revamp and new staff who actually care about their job. The food is extremely cold because you’ve been waiting 10-20 minutes for your drink. They don’t clean the utensils after making the drinks because there’s so many. Truly disheartening. After finding out I’m diabetic, I thought my coffee drinking days were over! I love mocha frappes and while this is no longer an option for me, I was shocked at how many places (such as a popular location that rhymes with lunkin’ lonuts) would simply ignore or misunderstand my request for a half serving of mocha with my iced coffee. I’ve found starbucks, specifically this location, is the most trustworthy coffee shop along my daily commute. Today, when I was ordering, my order was already known (whole milk, 2 stevia, 0.5 mocha, and whipped cream) and I realized I have become a regular. Thank you to the employees at this location for allowing me to once again enjoy my coffee without the worry of becoming hyperglycemic, you may not realize it, but the consistency is what has allowed me to once again have an enjoyable, stress free, low sugar coffee. Store could be better stocked and cleaner. There are a lot of people “working” behind the counter but it always seems super slow to get drinks even when you order ahead. This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. The baristas here are incredibly friendly and provide such a solid customer service experience. I order a custom drink (which can be tricky), and if it's ever off they have no problem fixing it for me or troubleshooting to figure out why it's different than expected. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The employees were rude. And my iced coffee was 75% ice. This Starbucks sucks. They not only lost a customer... They lost an investor.
