Ekstremt tørr sushi. Måtte dessverre hive store deler av maten da det var så tørt at det ikke kunne spises. Bestilling av mat gikk greit, men personen i kassen fremsto ikke stort serviceinnstilt og hverken smilte eller ønsket oss velkomne. Rimelig pris til å være sushi. This is the best sushi restaurant I've visited in Norway so far. Amazing quality. Very cozy restaurant as well, and the staff was very helpful with our questions. Sashimi tasted very fresh, and the sashimi menu has 3 fish variants, tuna, halibut and salmon. I often experience that sushi restaurants have restrictions on composing your own selection of sushi, and especially sashimi. Sushi Wave Bryne have no or few restrictions, very easy to compose a menu of your own, which we did entirely. Highly recommended, we stayed for 2 hours.
