Editing to add Dave on isle 3 brightened my morning. Very professional and his kindness and happiness was much needed this morning. Thank you. Clean store. Great selection. Lots of sale items.
Wow...give that guy a raise who's preparing the fresh sushi bar today! Awesome Avocado Roll up with Chile sauce...amazing!

I lost my credit card in the store. Initially they didn't find it, even when I went back the next day. A few hours later, manager Alonso Stewart called me to say he had it. He said he used Google to get my phone #. He is a a great helper. Thanks.

This is my go to Starbucks, yes they have one in City Market and yes we have a drive thru stand alone Starbucks . However the Baristas at this location get my drinks consistently spot on every single time. Chefs kiss 👌 Re: Albertsons the store itself … Their Salt and Vinegar chicken wings from the hot deli are bomb!

I usually love grocery pickup from here, better then Walmart. I like the app the most, I like that the fruits and veggies are better quality and dates aren't close to expiring. I do think it's weird that the main girl that loads up groceries doesn't greet you and loads up and leaves without a word. But I've gotten used to it. Today on the other hand was an absolute joke. I waited just over 15 minutes before calling the store. I was nice and understanding, especially after she said she's the only one working and she'll be out in a few minutes. About 8 minutes later someone comes out to load the truck, not the normal girl I usually see. The truck had only been waiting 5 minutes and they had more groceries then me. I got out and said I had been waiting here the longest. She said the girl would be coming out shortly. Another 5 mins after that the same lady came out and said she'd me loading me up last because my order was on the bottom. That car got there 10 minutes after I did and had the most groceries! They got an apology after apology. I finally got loaded up, I didn't get any apologies. I was kind of short with the lady at this point, as I was pretty ticked off, but I wasn't rude. I was understanding up until the point of getting my groceries last and getting there 10 minutes before anyone else! I waited about 35 minutes in total. I also don't believe I should be getting bag fees when I provide bags every time. Not my fault Colorado made this law, and shouldn't be my problem as you guys are bagging the groceries before seeing if bags are provided. Somehow that needs to change. Maybe upon checking out in the app, it asks if bags are needed?... I know that's something the store probably can't do, but I shouldn't be getting bag fees. In fact I don't want bags anymore and I am actually liking providing my own bags. Next experience for September 1st. Put an online order in at about 4:30 for 7 o'clock. At 7:05 we entered the store to enquire as to why the order wasn't ready yet, they started to work on the order at 6, it wasn't a huge order. At 7:19 it was finally ready and the associate wheeled it out to the front of the store. We started to walk to the car and the manager rudely yells in front of a few people, "hey, you just going to leave your groceries here?" I was shocked considering it wasn't in a normal cart. I actually would of had no problem getting them to the car ourselves, in fact I'd prefer it that way. But what the hell did the manager want me to do? Carry two heavy plastic totes to my car, and then bring them back in the store? No apologies from the rude manager. The associate that loaded us up was a nice kid that seemed confused by his managers actions, I hope he didn't think we were irritated with him, we most certainly were not, even if he was late getting us the order. We understand it's a holiday weekend and we was probably slammed.
Was a bit taken aback by how empty some of the shelves were, especially at the very entrance of the store. It gave the impression that the rest of the store was the same, which was not the case. There were several carts of merchandise throughout the store, which makes me think that there isn’t enough display space for all the merchandise they sell. And they also made the store look messier than other stores.

Not sure what was going on with this place. We walked in to a supermarket with significantly empty shelves. Everywhere. Zero fresh bread, lacking in produce and empty shelves throughout the market. It reminded me of times when markets get hit hard before major storms or perhaps the prelude to the zombie apocalypse. But it was just a normal Thursday with no blizzard or hurricane in the forecast. We had to go elsewhere to get what we needed. Not a typical Albertsons experience.

Nice and clean open store, veggie selection can be sad. My consistent feedback would be the lack of quality and quantity of veggies. They always seem to be not stocked on veggies - then I have to go to another grocery store instead of just one run. This is for the popular veggies like zucchini, Napa cabbage, and green beans - and the odd ones like horseradish root and turmeric. I ferment and can so produce quality is important, I never buy from durango Albertsons when doing either of these projects. We live in Mancos and prefer the Cortez grocery stores- the produce is consistently stocked and looks great!
They lock their bathrooms. Super inconvenient. Update: So now if you want to use a a basket (they had NO carts) you have to go to customer service (which isn’t staffed) and ask for one and they treat you like a child and tell you to make sure you return it when your done. So not only do I have to ask to to use the bathroom (where I had to wait for someone to buy 50 lotto tickets first) I have to ask to use a basket. They treat their customers like thieves, do not shop here.
We were in town camping over my son's 6th Birthday. We came in only 2 days before to order the cake. They said that wouldn't be a problem. They did a fantastic job on his cake.
