Wir kamen da hin und mussten erst einmal die Schuhe ausziehen. Dann hat es eine ganze Weile gedauert bis wir die Karte bekamen. Dann hat es noch etwas länger gebraucht um zu bestellen und wieder länger um das Essen zu bekommen. Als guter Deutscher würde ich jetzt mit doppelt laminiertem Zettel jeden Gast vor einem Besuch warnen. Hier ist das anders. In dieses Restaurant geht man nicht vorrangig um satt zu werden (keine Bange das wird man). Man geht hier her um eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Die Köchin und Servierin ist die gleiche Person. Sie gibt einem sogar Tipps zum Essen und ist offen für einen Plausch. Das Essen ist wirklich eine Wonne und mal etwas anderes. Klar muss man etwas Zeit mitbringen aber hey, wer einfach nur satt werden will kann sich auch eine Tiefkühlpizza in den Ofen schieben. Wer hingegen eine schöne Zeit verbringen und kulinarisch mal etwas Neues erleben möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. We found Amell when we randomly stopped on the long journey by car. We thought this place looked cosy and we really wanted something a bit further from the highway. It turned out to be a really beautiful experience, Amell was welcoming and kind, food she prepared was absolutely amazing, tasty and fresh.
