We had the roast beef sandwich and the beef brisket sandwich with some fries, and both were delicious. The place looked very clean and the staff was friendly. The food was served super fast. The customer in front of us had a large order and used the app to order his food. Problem was he waited until he was at the counter to do so holding up the line for what seemed like forever. Once we got to order the woman taking the orders was extremely helpful and went out of her way to explain any questions and the food came quickly and it was delicious. My Rueben was awesome and my wife tried the new fish and loved it. The Arby's in Brandon has never let us down.....I'd give it 11 out of 10 stars... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I will have to say this has been the most pleasant fast food joint I have eaten at in quite awhile. The staff always seems happy that your there. I have been working in town for about 2 weeks and eaten here several times. Always happy I came here. I give big props to Alex, she has gone above and beyond to make it feel welcoming. I even gave her a bit of a hard time about the cookies and she proved herself well. Look forward to coming back in the future. Keep up the great work. Nothing but good things to say about my drive thru experiences there. Very professional courteous folks working the drive thru. Makes most of the other fast food places in Brandon look like amateurs. To be honest it is a fast food restaurant. But that's where it gets interesting. The service is AMAZING. The staff are so friendly, helpful, accommodating...totally over the top. And let's face it...they have curly fries...extra star for that alone. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went through the drive thru and ordered sliders. I ordered my buffalo chicken slider with no bun and was disappointed. The first issue was that we had to ask for silverware and my second issue was that it was just set in a paper cup. The napkins that were thrown in soaked up some of the sauce. I always order my slider this way and the results vary dramatically. Our other sliders were done right and there was not a long wait.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. We were in town for a baseball tournament and were hungry between games. I ran to pick up food and bring back to the ball diamonds. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a slider. Got my drinks and a bag, the lady said thanks and shut the window. I failed to check the bag, because I figured 3 sandwiches should be too difficult. Well got all the way back to the diamonds and no chicken sandwiches. I called and they asked if I could come back, I didn’t have time to drive back before the game and asked if they would just refund to my card. They said they couldn’t do that but would send me coupons for two free meals. I said fine and gave my address. Still haven’t received the coupons. I hadn't been to an Arby's in forever. Was surprised. This place was super clean and had modern decor. Staff friendly. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
