Super impressed with the few items purchased at the Bake Shop. Bagels impressive, chewy soft delicious flavor. Tomatoe pie, and Cinnamon rolls as well-not too sweet & excellent topping flavor. Really impressed by this young lady’s baking! So happy I stopped in! And so friendly too. I wish this bakery well! We got the blooming bagel (chive) and it was slamming lol! It was delicious, but massive - we were able to split it between 3-4 people. Lol. My girls picked out pecan rolls and a cinnamon roll with chocolate. We would go back on the weekend for sure, because unfortunately the hours are while we are at work.
