Wow. Just wow! It’s a good thing they don’t make the ice cream! We went in to get a couple scoops and I had mentioned to the staff that all their tables were dirty. She just brushed it off after finishing our transaction, then went to the back to finish her conversation. We were left standing with our ice cream! Literally the tables were covered with sticky ice cream! When we came in they were all sitting on the coolers they have against the wall. I’m assuming the manager, came up to talk with us and made it seem like it was no big deal. Why is it so hard to have a little pride and respect in your work?! It’s ice cream how hard can it be... scooping ice cream can be a art but it’s baskin robin my ice cream was not even into a ball form It seem like a melted patties on a cone. The employees were busy but didn’t mean they had to cut quality or amount of ice cream they are suppose to serve. The owners really need to come in and check it from time to time tables all messy missing chairs. I miss the old thrifty ice cream.

I am so glad I came here. I am lactose intolerant, and when I came here I was think it's just going to be like all the other Baskin Robbins, but no. I looked at the ice cream and found out that they had non-dairy ice cream, and that made me so happy. I am definitely coming back for more. Also, the employees were so nice they were sweet enough to tell me if there were any other BR that had non-dairy ice cream they said that their boss owned 2 more places that serve non-dairy ice cream. So because of them, I now know where I can find dairy free ice cream that will not mess with my stomach. 😊😄 the two employees who helped me deserve a raise.

horrible service from cashier. my 7 year old had coupon for but one get one for. 99. I asked cashier with glasses to put both one scoops into same cup to make it easier for everyone.... she then charged us for a double and not a single. not the end of the world. however, she then sneakily gave no discount for the coupon, and had an attitude the entire time... smh... horrible service.. paid the bill and will not be back. will definitely do dairy Queen from now on.

Great place tonstop in and grab a cold dessert, cone or cake. Place is clean, service is quick.

Young man working was very helpful with my choice of milkshake. My husband really enjoyed it. Oh and my Very strawberry double scoop in a cup was delicious. 🍨 Sorry no pics gobbled them down.

Believe it or not but this was my first time at a Baskin Robbins. Service was quick and ice cream was fine but was shocked at price for two scoops of ice cream in a cup. Over $7. Definitely something i wouldn't do everyday but will go back

Around 4 pm I went in with my son and a friend , we got very good ice cream and place was clean . The young guy that served us was very friendly and pleasant. I wanted to tip him from my card but he said was not possible to add to the transaction , I felt so bad because I had no cash with me and I apologized for that ( he said was totally fine and not to worry 😊) … but anyways , I just want to tell the owners , that you got lucky 🍀 having that young man working for you 😊.
