Love their different flavors of ice cream. It's very tasty and yummy. Also tried their Mocha flavoured cappuccino, trust me it was so good. One of the best cappuccino I have ever had. The entire store was very neat and clean and well maintained. No restrooms. Lovely staff and great service. Kid's love their wide variety of ice creams and fancy cake cones. Best place for kids to have yummy ice creams.

This place needs to be cleaned. The floors don't look like they've been mopped since it opened. There's one girl trying to serve everyone while all the other employees hide in the back. I had about 3 make eye contact as they just stood around in the back. The cones were stale, the floor was sticky, and the surfaces were dirty. They couldn't really mess the ice cream up because it came prepackaged. I'd say this place could use a remodel and a few replacements.

It had been years since I had an ice cream cone from BK, and it took me back to when my Mom would take us. But we only had a $50, and they only take $20 and under. The atmosphere around us was like we didn't have the cash to pay for our treat, not by the employees, but the other customers that came in when we were paying. I will go back, and make sure I have my wallet, so my man is covered 😉.

Place is old but that itself gives this place a unique old-school vibe. Ice cream was really good too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's an hour after opening with a light up sign that says open, lights inside are all on, sign says open at 10:30am door says 11:00am as well as google, but the doors are locked and its 12 literally noon and no one is inside. Don't see a point in offering 31% off on scoops on the 31st if you aren't even gonna be open. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointed with THIS BR! Been a big fan for as long as I can remember but our first visit to this location fell way short if expectations. I might add, my expectations are not too high just want the basics in service. The one single employee running entire operation was doing her best. Floors dirty beyond normal, glass dirty, tables had not been taken care of in hours. The good news us the ice cream was just as good as always. However the scoop size was half the size of any other BR I've ever been in and for the same price. I put it all on the ownership of the franchise! Sadly, I won't be returning.

Terrible, rude, unpleasant service. Nobody at the counter, when she came through she was annoyed that we were there. “Are you ready to order” was the greeting. The ice cream was almost thrown at us. I told her that there attitude was terrible and she ignored me. Fist and last time going to BR. $7 one scoop of bad manners!!!!!

Got the kids scoop no cone. Three for 10 dollars is just right for my family. . Not crowed at all. .
