First time trying this place & I was pleasantly impressed! First off the guy at the drive thru was very helpful & nice! The service Fast & efficient! I got the Nova Deluxe on a everything bagel & it was delicious! The bagel was fresh, had the perfect texture & flavor, the fish was delicious & smoky, they sure didn’t skimp on the cream cheese either it was delicious as well! I will definitely be going back for this bagel delight!

Fresh bagels, crunchy outside, soft inside( as they should be), good price. If you want to have a better variety go early, we were there at 11 am and they were out of most of the bagels or the fillings. • Drive through only.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I have to agree with the other reviewers that the stated hours are not accurate. I’ve tried to go here 4 times now to be turned away by the staff every attempt because they decided to close early. On the second time I asked, “Ok I’m sorry, when do you close?” “1:45”. Next time I come back at 1:30, closed. Next time, even earlier, closed. If you want to try to come here, for your own sake assume that the actual hours are at least two hours before when they say they close and two hours after they say they open. Otherwise you are likely just wasting your time sadly

We were driving through Knoxville and took a detour from our route to try their bagels as google reviews were good about the place. We were completely disappointed with the quality of the food there. Please note that it is a drive-through only location. Our order was ready in ~40 seconds which was suspicious. The bagels were cold and very hard and probably not fresh. Not sure how they can slice, toast, put cream cheese on and package the bagels in such short amount of time. We also ordered a muffin which tasted like the store bought and not the on-site baked. Their coffee was average and nothing to remark about. I guess they just want to sell much food as possible in a short time and with complete disregard to the food quality. Given it's a drive through only location, they know that it is unlikely that will go back and complaint about the food. We will recommend this place to anybody.

Another great experience! And that's why we are repeat customers!! No matter what the flavor of bagel you choose, you will definitely take a minute to process the deliciousness! Their name says it all!

Get there EARLY! We arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday and the three kinds we wanted were sold out. Cinnamon raisin & pumpernickel & blueberry, plus another kind was sold out. They were cold so thinking they had not been made fresh that morning. I had cranberry and it was hard but the flavor was good. The salted bagels were good too. We will try again and be there early.

I made the 1.5 mile hike from my hotel to try this place because they have good reviews and I like a good bagel breakfast sandwich ONLY to find they are still operating using COVID19 protocols in September 2023!!! They ONLY cater to drive through customers. Doors are locked. Don’t bother making the trip if you’re expecting a sit down breakfast. Worst part is I had to go to Panera Bread and I try hard not to support corporate restaurants. Up your game small business, you’re losing customers!!!!

The name says it all, best bagels (and most variety) you will find in Knoxville. *EDIT* Sigh. Had to change my 5 star from a year ago down to 3 stars. Went by this morning to grab a dozen bagels for the office and was pretty disappointed at the quality of the bagels I received. Many were very small and mis-shapen. This isn’t the usual quality I get here (big, fluffy/chewy bagels). Hopefully you have a new bagel-maker the next time I stop in.
