We went to dinner tonight, group of 4 plus a child. I thought overall the service was very slow. Three of us had the fish and chips which was good. My wife had the grilled mahi-mahi, which was way overdone. The conch fritters were mostly breading. Not what I was expecting with it's current rating. this restaurant is totally awesome. It is by far the best food on the island. It is a relaxing calm atmosphere that’s on the water. The white staff is nice and courteous, polite and respectful and give you a quality island Charm . The food not only accentuates the culture of the island also makes you feel welcome and gives your palate something it’s never had which is good quality food . Every time I come to Saint Martin’s I always eat here because to me there is no other better place to eat. Carlos is a great chef and the people that work with him are like close family. Had some phenomenal food here. Everyone in our party of four had rave reviews of their food: grouper filet, chicken parm, and two orders of the grilled red snapper. The coconut shrimp appetizer and the plantain cups were also home run dishes. Beautiful and quiet location with wonderful service. The drinks were well made too. It’s not cheap, but I highly recommend Big Cee’s if you’re looking to treat yourself on a night out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Made reservations 17 days in advance and still they were unprepared. Took 20 min for our drinks and only half of the table received drinks... and then there was a girl just sitting at the desk doing nothing. She could of atleast assist with the drinks. They kept saying they are short staff ... but yet they had 4 group reserved tables , so they had time to get extra staff. It was our first time and last time. We were here since 8pm and its 10:45 and we are still waiting. They brought out the wrong sides and yet we were receiving the attitude. Horrible Horrible... worse bday experience Meal type Dinner
