This is the best spot near Downtown Grand Junction. A lot of guests point out that waiters serve nicely cooked beef tartare, cobb salads and tenderloin here. Don't agree with the automatic surcharge. You should have great service to expect that....our service was not. I ordered a diet coke and it was a warm can of diet coke with a glass of ice and had to ask twice for more ice...just tasted flat. Ordered a burger well done, no pink, service switched my order with my friends medium burger. There should be a better way for the server to know which is which. I ordered a side of ranch dressing and was not told there was an extra charge....it was an additional charge of $3 for a side of ranch. The fries were luke warm... My friends finished their cocktails 1/2 through the meal and were never asked if they would like another. If you're going to automatically add a 20% service charge, the service should be great...not impressed at all. Won't go back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

So clear the loving attention and care that is invested into this wonderful restaurant. Come for the hype, stay because they keep it real. Devoted to the best in culture, farming, food and wine…but most of all devoted to its people. This place paved the way for a sense of place in food and beverage in Colorado, and it still sets the bar!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service here was genuinely amazing! Very attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff. Elevated dining experience in an elegant atmosphere. Phenomenal food and beverages, locally sourced ingredients, this eatery is perfect for a fine dining experience or date night out. Bison rib eye- one of the 2 allium free dishes Mushroom and grits- a combination I will be attempting to recreate at home, the perfect meal for a chilly day Salmon- the best tasting salmon I have had in my life, served with a pea sauce, I hate peas but would have liked the plate it was so good. Phenomenal food. Some of the best service. The drinks were fun. We really enjoyed our time here. The peach cobbler dessert wasn’t just a slice, but a bowl, and SO yummy. Amazing Food!!! We had to stop and this was definitely the best place to do it… the food was PERFECT!!! The flavors, the taste of every little detail made our stop delightful!!
