Multiple visits over multiple years have confirmed one thing… Blue Coyote has my favourite margarita in the USA. Perfectly balanced sour-sweet with tequila you can actually taste. They make it by the batch so your second and third (watch out!) will taste the same as your first. Food portions are generous and very tasty too. I love the enchiladas especially. When I’m in Palm Springs, I make a point of visiting!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We sat outside with our dog and had great food and service. The portions are generous and we both left with leftovers. My husband had the fish tacos and I had the steak fajitas. They offered to refill the chips and salsa multiple times and I don’t think there was an extra charge for either. We will be going back. Great place, great location, and great staff. Food has always been really good every time we have gone. No mariachi this time…hope that hasn’t been eliminated. Margaritas are fantastic. Service was a little slow but nothing crazy and it was busy. We will be back. Steak tampico is my fave.
