I ordered from grub hub. Had supper for my son and I squared away. Nope. Order canceled with ZERO REASON. By the time it was canceled it was too close to order elsewhere and why would I risk feeding my kid two hours late if the next one canceled, too? Thank you for nothing. If you can't meet the order demand from grub hub please don't be a part of it. I ordered burgers and cheesesteaks and fries nothing special. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Superbowl Sunday. My wings had over an hour wait after I ordered, scheduled and paid for them the night before. I asked for a refund. They went to look in their system. They said they already canceled them! If I hadn't asked, I would have followed their wait time only to find out an hour later that they weren't coming. I had a lot of disappointed people this evening. No compensation, no apology, no thanks. If you can't cook the food, don't take peoples orders or money. This restaurant promotes sales that they can’t even complete/keep up with. They’ve cancelled our reservation the first time and the second time they were late by 2 hours. Food is great, but they are terribly unorganized. We will no longer be giving our business sadly. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We order wings dry so we eat them later. They were overcooked or at least taste like they were double fried. The styrofoam boxes were burnt, so much so that they had craters and holes.. like the cooks couldn’t take an extra 15 seconds to let the wings cool.. You can’t reheat even in the microwave or they’re hard and inedible. Blvd sauce is really good though lol. I would recommend buying your own sauce and celery because they might not have what you want. I would like to think most of Williamsport would pay more for quality over quantity. Ooooof... I honestly don't know what to say. We tried to try this place, but they couldn't fill the order...any of it. We waited an hour only to have our order unceremoniously cancelled with no real explanation. I mean, it's just food so whatev. We ordered from somewhere else, no one's gonna starve or anything, but wow. After reading the rest of the reviews, I guess our experience wasn't terribly unique. Hope you guys (Blvd) are okay and are able to get it together. Running a small town shop ain't easy but it could be a banger if you can get the customer service thing right. Pull'n for ya. very bad service. it took us over 1 hour to get our food of just fries and tender and two things of wings. everytime someone walked in, they would get there food before us. their employees are very rude too. definitely don’t recommend.
