Wish i could put ZERO STARS!!! My daughter ordered wings from the kids menu but received a burger. After they brought her the correct order we asked the waitress SEVERAL TIMES for a side of blue cheese but we never received it. I Ordered the cheese curd burger. It was extremely salty to the point it was inedible. The waitress could have cared less. And made no attempt to offer me anything different even after she saw I barely touched it. My friend ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and she also complained about how salty the chicken was. We spent $80 on food nobody ate. It goes without saying that BWW’s wings are sub-par at best, but this location in particular has been a bad experience every single time. Wait staff is often either rude or just straightup ignores you. They’ve messed up my order or gave me the wrong sauce twice in the past 12 months. Even their burgers are terrible. I mean, look at this mess… Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would give it zero stars if possible! I ordered large potato wedges and fries and when I picked up my order there were BARELY ANY FRIES AND POTATO WEDGES IN THE BOX PLUS IT WAS COLD!!! All of the wings were very dry with hardly any sauce on it. You guys need better cooks! Never eating at this location again! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1

They have now changed the menu so that you cannot order 2 different sauces if you order 10 wings. But if you order online, no issues. We were regularly going to this location all these years and usually managers and servers are really nice. But this new manager gave a big attitude and said that we own 13 franchises in the area and made a decision not to do that. I'm planning to write to the corporate office to check on this anyway. I went to eat tonight (7/23/2023), first off our service when it came to waiter everything was great. she was amazing. although the mangers (the short one with the bald head and glasses) really tested me tonight. i got 10 traditional wings, i got 50% into my wings. I saw a wing that was stringy and looked like pulled pork. we pulled it off and realized it was a bunch of feathers. yes i get it.. i’m eating a bird with feathers. BUT this is a disgusting amount. i showed the server who then showed the manager. she looked at it and did absolutely nothing. i work at a restaurant so i understand mistakes. but no apology from a manager and putting your server in the position is extremely unfair to her. i then went up to the manager as we were walking out and explained to her how i felt as another restaurant worker to another. she gave me an attitude and a snotty apology. it’s disgusting how immature it was handled i never asked to be refunded or for the food to be comped. just some accountability would have been nice. but instead she looked at it and walked away. Ok so it was my first time going here, and honestly it wasn't bad. The food is definitely overpriced but it was good. I only stopped in for wings and was taken by shock once I heard the price. I mean its almost as much as Hooters. Lol.. but again the food wasn't bad. Plus you can choose all flats or drumsticks for 2 bucks more which is nice. The staff here is really friendly though, everyone I interacted with was super friendly, and made me feel like they were genuinely happy to be helping me. I got my order to go and it came out in like 15 minutes and considering the size of my order and the fact that it was in the middle of the 1:00 games on a Sunday I was impressed that it wasn't longer. The only thing that turns me off about this place is the prices. But comparing their prices to their competitors it's not bad. Overall not a bad experience. But definitely expect to take out the wallet on this one if your gonna eat more than say a 10 piece wing. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We try to all meet here once to twice a month on Friday after work. The menu has a good variety of wings, of course...but the burgers and chicken sandwiches deserve mention. The atmosphere was fun and inviting after a long week. The service is always good and staff is friendly and prompt.

Ordered takeout with my boyfriend , I got a 6 piece boneless wings and he got a 10 piece mild wings . Not only did they not receive our order which caused us to have to wait another 30 minutes to get our order— which i understand is not their fault and rather their systems fault— but after waiting nearly an hour for our food , I come to find my boneless wings had NO chicken in them. Absolutely none. It was just the outer crust. Not one wing had chicken in them and they were also smaller than a donut hole . The absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at a buffalo wild wings.
