Waitress was nice and did a good job for us. Pork Loin was dry, tasteless and overcooked. I've never been so grateful for hot sauce on the table. Smash burger was dry as well. Ranch dressing was good though.

I haven’t been in a diner like this in a while and there aren’t too many around, seems like everything else is turning into a corporate and 90% of the time that’s all you find. This place gave me the vibe of a local mom and pops diner and it was great. My only regret is Not stopping in sooner considering I’ve been driving by this place every other Friday for the past 3 to 4 years. For around the price of a fast food plate come get yourself some real food and better tasting🤷🏻‍♂️. My grandchildren and I were feeling quite peckish last night and ended up at Carolinas diner. The burgers were scrumptious! Service was on point. And the music was fabulous. Highly recommend! I had French toast, eggs scrambled well with American cheese with turkey bacon and turkey sausage. The French toast was pretty bland but the rest of my dish was really good. I returned the next day and chose waffles instead of French toast and only turkey sausage and my meal was much better. They also offered low calorie syrup.
