The food was good and my family enjoyed it all. The owner was very friendly, and he talked to us for a while he actually made time to talk to us. They celebrated my wife's birthday just because. The staff was great, and the food portion was good also. Definitely try it out if you're in Spring Texas.

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Certified Bar and Grill, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. I’d like to discuss the fried chicken here. It reminds me of my grandmother's delicious fried chicken. The skin had the perfect crispy texture and it was incredibly flavorful. The first time I tried it, I paired it with fried rice, and the second time with Gouda cheese grits. I want to emphasize that you can't go wrong with either side. This restaurant is the only soul food restaurant in Spring, and I hope they continue to receive support from our community. I certify this bar and grill.

The fried catfish was perfectly fried but the rice absorbed the yummy Étouffée so next time I’ll get the mashed potatoes or grits. The wings had good flavor but huge (bang for the buck) but will ask for them to be cooked a little longer since they were so big. Overall our first experience here was a great one and we’ll return.

I love my girls!!!! We came here for the R N B brunch and it was amazing!!!! I am big on service as I am on food and this place did not disappoint 🙌 😋 The food was delicious. We had the following appetizers : sliders, boudin balls and the pork skins., all were good but my favorite was the pork skins( you can thank me later lol)
We had mimosas ... I like the cranberry. The French toast with chicken was great, but my favorite was the shrimp and grits ...omg
I truly enjoyed it. Full of flavor and the right amount of spice. I hit with a dash of sugar because I like mine sweet like me lol, but they were good without it. Last but not least the strawberry lemon drop was so dang good, my sister tried to take mine lol. Music was popping and the service was top notch. I forgot to take pictures lol except for my shrimp and grits. Can say regular lol that's what I will be! They also have karaoke 🎤 and bingo ... check their IG for details.

My mom used to make bread pudding and this bread pudding gave me a nostalgic feeling when I ate it. I decided to order a Panera for my family for Thanksgiving. My mom never use fresh fruit, but this restaurant does and I love it. Their dessert is amazing hands-down. Normally you ca’t order a dessert that meets the same standard as the food. I’m glad I decided to try the desert. You guys have done a great job.

Jazz is an amazing bartender and host. Her interpersonal skills are unmatched. Now chef David he did his thing. The blackened salmon, macaroni, and collard greens are delectable. I’m pleased with my experience. Don’t hesitate to stop by and show our sisters and brothers some love. It’s a good time! (I started digging in before the picture lol) it’s as good as it looks

I am very disappointed in this place. The service of the waitress was right below basic. I ordered a lemon drop and it tasted like cheap alcohol with lemon juice and a sugar rim. For my meal I had the certified salmon with fried rice. When my food arrived the salmon was covered with a sweet tomato sauce on top of a bed of stir fry rice with way too many onions and vegetables, which was auppose to be fried rice🤢. The staff was inappropriately dressed. I will never eat here again!!!

I can't say enough to express the outstanding hospitality and service given by Ivy. I had to personally thank chef Shay for such an outstanding dish. Traveled from New Orleans and would travel back. This spot must be known to all!
