Chang Thai in Bishop Auckland is an excellent restaurant with a great variety of authentic Thai dishes. The calamari is cooked to perfection and the Seafood Pad Kee Mow has an excellent kick to it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always make sure that customers are having a great experience. The food is made with fresh ingredients and is full of flavour. The early bird menu is also a great value for money. The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is nice. Chang Thai is definitely one of the best restaurants in Co. Durham and is worth visiting.
