I was visiting town and hadn't been to Chickie's and Pete's for a while so I figured I would go again. To their credit, their crab fries are always on point and the atmosphere is always great, but their entrees really didn't taste like anything. I had a salad and my dad had the cheese steak, we both had the same opinion. There just was nothing to it. Also, I ordered Mozzarella sticks and the marinara sauce was watery with no flavor. If you enjoy eating cardboard and watching games on big screens, this is your place. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

As with most other Chickie's & Pete's, the food was delicious the prices were fairly reasonable. Timing was also very good, as we were told there would be a 15 minute wait but just after a minute, we were seated. Our waitress was very attentive, making sure we enjoyed our meal. When we went (May 2020), the restaurant was still making sure there was ample space between each table to promote social distancing. Overall, a great restaurant, and I look forward to visiting more in the future.

I mean the customer service wasn’t good , our waitress was rude, she had no customer service skills, she was a bit dismissive and didn’t really care about providing good service (still tipped her just because it’s hard these days) but that needs to be worked on. It’s no reason people come to spend their money and deal with bad service. Our fries were too salty, we couldn’t finish them because of how salty they were, you immediately needed a drink after eating a fry. And the chicken was not cooked well. The food was just okay it was a last choice, and not a good one. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Bad experience. I paid around $40 for three Blue Shell crabs. The crabs taste bland and the meat was not delicate. It was tough and close to the texture of chicken. I didn't taste any butter or salty flavor. They were made with just a hint of old bay. I am very dissatisfied.

Food is always good, not a fan of how they bring your out food as its ready vs. apps then entree, but I get it, its their style. The c servers were all great, and the drinks were flowing nicely. 👌 Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sandwich

Food is not good at all. The clams were terrible. You could blindfold someone and you could not tell at all what you were eating. Besides rubber maybe. Oversalted over spiced and crabby fries cold and really not good at all. Not sure what anyone is raving about the fries. Service not terrible but not really that good either. If they didn't have the atmosphere and backing by all of the radio and TV they pay for... the place would be shut down. Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food was very good. The atmosphere is cool but a little loud. The service was terrible. Waitress abandoned us, entrees for 6 people came out almost 10 minutes apart, had to ask 3 times for silverware. There are plenty of places with food just as good that aren't as annoying. Made a reservation online, got there it wasn't crowded. we were immediately greeted and sat. Our server took our drink order and asked if we wanted crab fries, those hit the table same time as the iced tea. I thought the suggestion of fries right off the top was great because that's what the boys wanted anyway and it's an easy upsell. The whole meal service went smooth, food comes hot and fast every time! Only giving 3 stars for service because while our waitress was friendly and attentive to our party of 7, she neglected to apply our $10 gift card and on top of that didn't say anything about 20% gratuity being automatically applied to our check (not a common practice) which resulted in my sister adding 20% gratuity on top of what was already applied (so our waitress got like a 44% tip from our party of 7. I'm all for tipping wait staff but we didn't budget for that). My sister didn't pull a Karen about the whole thing, but I feel a bit like she got taken advantage of. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
