This place is okay, there's definitely better bubble tea places out there, I have to say that the young worker at the counter was extremely rude, and to be honest very disrespectful, didn't give us a greeting or anything, she sighed, made noises, and just randomly laughed sometimes too and clearly she didn't want to be there, not sure who the owner is but Hiring people like that is not okay, the kid seeemed to be a teenager and she was just giving attitude to every single customer that came in, clearly not caring. If anyone cares about this place at all I can only suggest you hire better people attending the store, otherwise why have a place like this at all. There has to be better ways to hire people, otherwise it looks like the owner doesn't care cause clearly the worker doesn't. This was my experience with this establishment, and it doesn't matter how the food is or the drinks are, having bad workers that give out a bad experience completely ruins everything. The young girl working 01/03/2024 around 9pm was one of the rudest employees I’ve ever been around. No greeting, very rude was sighing throughout taking our order… you can definitely tell she did not want to be there, I asked for a straw because there were no more and she was very annoyed and proceeded to do so with a ridiculous amount of attitude and all the other customers felt the vibe in the whole store… not sure why the owner thinks hiring people like this is okay because it will affect your business. Came here said hello to the employee, received no hello back… seemed very bothered for no reason and very rude, then proceeded to watch her make boba in dirty blender without washing it one of the worst customer service I’ve seen tbh Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place is okay; the employees work very hard. I sometimes see only one person working since its very understaffed. However, the smoothie is not blended well and I can feel strings of fruit, popping boba and tapioca is not always fresh and sticky surfaces. Overall, pretty good place to get together with friends that like boba. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I just got into the bubble/boba tea thing. And here, I’m willing to try everything on the menu. Everything I’ve ordered already is so good. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
