I’m a truck driver. I’m at a shipper and they take for ever. So I got hungry I use door dash. I tried tried the asada torta the first time and it was delicious. I saw the reviews of the acp (rice with chicken)so I wanted to try. It came with plenty of chicken,rice,queso, and grilled onions. They don’t miss. It doesn’t look like much but when you take a bite. I had a work event and hired this amazing food truck! They food was authentic and full of flavor. Jesus was extremely friendly and his crew pushed out good food. The birria quesadilla was fantastic! Food trucks are so hit and miss, but I’m happy to say that these guys nailed it. This is exactly what you want from as food truck experience.
