This location needs a good cleaning for sure. The shade on the window was stained with food. The country fried steak has changed not as good. I asked for onions for my pinto beans and the just brought out 4 rings of onions I had to cut them with a butter knife. I asked for a coffee to go she placed an empty cup on the table for me to dump what little coffee I was drinking in it. We also had to ask for spoons there was not one in our packets. The food was great! The service was just what it should be. Our server was very attentive and helpful, but not annoying. She went out of her way to help us. But the atmosphere was a rather smokey and irritated our throats a bit. We love the fireplace and never had this issue before. Not sure what caused it but hoping it's clearer next time we come to eat. Everytime i come here, it is always a great experience. My food came out in such a timely manner, my waitress Kailey was great. She ensured I had everything i needed for a great meal and provided excellent service. I had questions on the difference between a meal, and Kailey was able to answer the question with no problem. My daughter and I went for dinner last week, and we had one of the best dinner experiences since the end of covid. The food was great, but what made it memorable was our server, Jody. Her interactions with my daughter were amazing!!! The service was perfect, and all her recommendations for food hit the mark. We plan to come back to have dinner and visit her again.
