We went on a Sat when they are open until midnight and the 2 employees (Spencer and Alexis) gave us great service and we're super friendly and helpful. I especially like that they are willing to explain ingredients in every cookie without getting annoyed, and I always ask what their personal favorite is as well as which is the most popular with the public....and of course the cookies are always delicious. I got hooked on Crumbl during Thanksgiving when they offered cornbread cookie. Since then I order 2xs a month depending on their weekly menu. Last week I was there twice in one week. Cookies are always so good and gone in one day. I have no complaints!
