Customer service is gone! I walked up to the counter and the girl put her phone down like she was mad there was a customer.. I said hi how are you, she said what can I get you? I said I'm great thx.. no tip! Why ?because you treated your customer like he was bothering you. The customer is your paycheck if you don't realize that your tips will reflect it..If they get your order right it's great, just make sure they get the order right... Bad way to greet the people.. I WENT IN MADE MY SLECTION PAID AND 45 MINUTES LATER EVERY ONE BEHIND ME HAS THERE FOOD AND GONE I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER TOLD HER I WANTED MY MONEY BACK SHE I FORMED ME SHE DID NOT LIKE ME AND WOULD GIVE ME.A REFUND I HAVE BEEN EATING THERE ON AND OFF FOR 6 YEARS I WILL NEVER GO BACK JUST A NASTY INDIVIDUAL THE PEOPLE BEHIND ME SAW HOW SHE WAS ACTING AND LEFT I HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHY SHE WAS HAVING A TOUGH TIME GETTING ME FOOD... Lobster roll was bland, no flavor, tasted like a cold glob of lobster and mayo mixed together and I'm still not convinced that the entire sandwich was 100% lobster, I think (just my opinion) there's some artificial crab in there somewhere, it just have that taste. I added some garlic powder, crushed pepper flakes, salt and pepper and it was a bit better. Maybe some garlic butter drizzled on it would be good! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It takes very long time. One of the customers had the sandwich completely mixed up. The bread is so-so, worse than subway, the meat is cheap but ok. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Manager and cashier were being disrespectful to a couple of customers out of spite. I come to d’Angelo’s here and there but what I seen today is one thing you shouldn’t be doing to customers. This manager was shouting and being real rude, I would never come back to this D’Angelo’s due to that incident.

Definitely a place to visit! Healthy good size portions. Had the 6 inch steak bomb, soft and juicy thick healthy portioned sandwich. Would say that the steak was a bit bland could use more seasoning. Some all seasoning would definitely do the trick or a bit of garlic salt. Next day had the lobster roll. Yes it’s actually real lobster. Sandwich was good. Bread was excellent however same with this one, lobster could do with some seasoning. The lobster was also cold don’t know if it’s actually served this way. I know it’s imperative to keep it fresh. Nevertheless a drizzle of salted warmed garlic butter and or some chipotle mayonnaise, or some brandy mayonnaise would definitely enhance the sandwich. Also if the lobster was sautéed with some garlic butter before placed in the sandwich it would be phenomenal. All in all it was good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Can’t recommend this place. I ordered two sandwiches. One was totally wrong. There were both kind of dry and the last few inches of sandwich didn’t have any meat. This is the most expensive sandwich I’ve ever had. I took the wrong sandwich back. The cashier wasn’t super helpful, but the chef came out and I feel like she made it mostly right. I ordered the chicken south western, I wasn't in a bowl as it appeared in the menu, instead it was wrapped in a burrito? And in total had no bell peppers, an black beans and didn't taste good. The cook had an attitude. So I went next door to fresh city. Way better food.
