Our experience was impeccable. Our server Amber was smart, funny, and extremely attentive which made our meal that much better. We were never left waiting for a single thing as our drinks were constantly refilled, our courses came out perfectly timed, and the plates were cleared just when we wanted. The food was incredibly good with not one single dish being even remotely mediocre. Everything was cooked to perfection and was over the top delicious. Eddie V’s is the perfect dining experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone! It’s a nice place but I felt like I wasn’t blown away. The food was good, my steak was a little undercooked for medium rare but maybe that’s my fault for not specifically telling them that I want ed it cooked through but still red, it was raw after the brown crust. The bananas foster was great and my wife’s Chilean Sea Bass was excellent. The sides were good, we had the lobster mashed potatoes, the crab fried rice and the truffle Mac and cheese. The food seemed a little basic and limited however. I feel you pay these types of prices there should be a little flair, like a unique experience. I didn’t really see anything on the menu not otherwise available at say a red lobster. The service was excellent and attentive but the atmosphere was nothing really special. I happy to have tried it however and would certainly recommend it to those people looking for a higher end fine dining experience. I've been here a couple of times before and each time has been an amazing experience for me. Everything was a high level experience, they made us feel valued and we were treated with kindness and respect. Cocktails were delicious and also the wine that was suggested to us. The food was absolutely spectacular. This time we ordered the burrata, filet mignon, some seafood ravioli I think and asparagus and the truffled mac and cheese as side dishes. Each dish was an explosion of exquisite flavors and we enjoyed every single bite. Desserts were also amazing. The location is very good, easy to find and plenty of parking spots. The atmosphere could have been better for this type of place. A piano performer was definitely missed or some type of mellow and relaxing performance in the background.
