I wanted a good Italian sub on my recent visit to Saratoga Springs and Fat Paulie's fit the bill perfectly! This place is part deli and part shop with everything you might need and want to go with your food. Big drink and chip selection also which is a plus! The service was good and the sandwich is even better. Nice soft bread, fresh cut veggies and a good portion of cold cuts. To be honest it was too much food for me but it was great!

Swung in for a quick Italian. The ratios were perfect and the ingredients were very fresh. The staff were very friendly. Cute, clean place for lunch.

Coleslaw and grilled cauliflower was light and delicious. Meatball sandwich is also very good. Ruben sandwich is too heavy to our liking

Ordered for the first time & was very excited, my husband is from the City & we couldn't wait to try the so called fresh rolls daily from NYC again..Not so much..roll soft,dry & barely any meat on my sandwich. I had to take the meat off half of sub to make it edible.. will stick to Roma for our delicious sandwiches Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went here for the first time while staying at the Embassy Suites for a weekend and will absolutely be returning! The customer service was exceptional, the deli is clean and a great overall environment and the sandwiches are top notch! We love the convenience as it is right behind the hotel and could not believe how amazing our food was.

If you visit Saratoga Springs and you do not have lunch here, you are missing out! Absolutely great tasting food and you will probably take some home. You will not walk away hungry!

Looking forward to this place after seeing all the great reviews. Got a chicken cutlet and roast pork. The pork was delicious and gone before if got a photo. The chicken cutlet was dry, chewy and super bland, not a seasoning to be found anywhere. I could hardly eat more than a bite or two which is probably good given that the chicken was tiny compared to the rest of the sandwich. Bread was also dry and stale. Reading through other reviews too much bread and dry seems to be an issue. It also took nearly 30 minutes for two sandwiches and there was only one other party waiting for their order. So overall, not great. 5 stars for pork sandwich. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t bother going back

We stopped in (just a block off Broadway) and grabbed sandwiches to-go and headed to the track. Great brisket sandwich. Wife loved her Italian sub. Enjoyed them so much that we stopped in Sunday morning for a bacon, egg & cheese and a chicken salad sandwich to eat on the long road-trip home. Highly recommend!
