They keep their meat stored at room temperature, it is not kept heated or refrigerated. I thought it would still be safe to try a pork bun since it was early in the morning and hadn't had too much time to sit out. I was wrong. Me and my partner who also had a meat item got sick. It tasted good, but it wasn't worth the stomach pain and other gross side effects the next day. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

Love this place and THE NAME! Everything was good - we got about 6 different pastries and everything was tasty. We just wanted a sampler, but will be going back for the coconut flan one day. Bakery is located in a strip mall and the entrance is a little weird, but just follow your GPS.

I really wish they display prices. Didn't know how much item costs until after paying. A bit pricey compared to Sacramento bakeries but maybe ok if you don't want to travel. Pastries are good/decent.

Disappointed. They were out of Spanish bread. The butter and sugar pastry I got was really good, but the two pineapple items I bought had so little pineapple that I could barely see it and I definitely couldn't taste it. I can't leave a good review if you're going to be so cheap with the fruit in your pastries.

I decided to visit Ginelle's Bakery for the first time, after seeing so many good reviews. I'd say that their yelp review rating is more reflective than the google rating (3.5 vs 4.3). I tried a mix of both their savory and sweet pastries to provide a proper review. The standout pastry is their spanish roll/senorita bread. Overall, this bakery is so-so, not bad, but not great either. I would only return if I had a very specific craving for spanish rolls/senorita bread, and nothing else.

Excellent bakery items including sweet bread, case items like meat rolls Abodo BBQpork, chicken, ham/cheese and steamed Siopao, & so much more! Love the owner, he personable and even knows my name after telling him once! Sweet bread is the BEST in the area, flavorful, fresh, warm!!! My husband & I can eat them continuously so next time I’m buying extra to refrigerate!! My colleagues love them too!!
