Come here for a drink after a long walk around World's Largest Chest of Drawers. You are to find nicely cooked fried oysters, whiting and onion strings. Order good tea. Placed an order. Was told it would be about 30 minutes. It took an hour. When I complained about the wait time and my order being wrong. After I paid 60.00. The management staff wanted to argue with me and called the police. It was the worst experience that I had, period. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is absolutely a zero. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!!! Furniture Market perfect location downtown!!!! If you haven’t visited this wonderful restaurant, Do It Soon. A clean, neat, organized dining area with plenty of seating and TV’s to entertain you as you wait. The atmosphere as you enter gives you a warm Welcoming feel. Venice has a Wonderful and pleasant Personality that will stay with you for days. From the moment you walk in the restaurant, you will NOT regret it! My daughter and I read the reviews and decided to visit on today and we were NOT at all disappointed! Understand that you have to wait after ordering, WHY?? Let me tell you.. it is ALL MADE TO ORDER FRESH!!!! Yes Hot and Fresh !! I ordered the Whiting, Mac and Cheese, potato salad and Collards! The portions are hefty, I couldn’t STOP eating!! Everything was very seasoned and very well cooked as if you’re sitting at your mom’s kitchen table!! I also ordered chicken wings, spicy cabbage and yams to take home. My entire family gives this place a 10! I will be letting everyone know about this restaurant and I will always be a repeat customer.
