This fast food may please you with perfectly cooked cheeseburgers, cheese biscuits and fried chicken. Come here and try tasty apple pie. Choose delicious tea, you will hardly regret it. Hardee's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The nice atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

The service in the drive thru this morning was very unacceptable. It was busy, as it was the breakfast rush, but the wait is not even what I had a problem with. The lady taking my order was very rude and needs to be given advice on how to talk to others, especially paying customers. When telling her the first thing I wanted she said okay and gave me the total. I politely told her that there was more to my order. She said “well I already sent it through, you’ll have to pull up to the window. I have a lot of cars.” I’m unsure of why she couldn’t just create a second order and I pay for the food in two separate transactions, especially because the line was at a standstill. She eventually asked what the rest of the order was because we couldn’t move up. After being able to pull up, I could overhear her being rude to the people in the car behind us. When we got up to the window the first thing she said was that they were out of hash browns and we were getting fries. I said okay, because that wasn’t a problem. She then started talking to the other employees saying that “well we’re out of hash browns so they get fries or they get nothing.” Also, every time she shut the window, she slammed it shut. She was just very rude and needs to be put in a position where she doesn’t interact with customers. The name on the receipt is Porshia. I’m unsure if that’s her actual name or just the employee who was logged into the computer. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Wouldn't drop anymore chicken tenders and it was like 915 and they don't close for another 45 min. So I had to get old ones. But what was screwed up was I wanted them crispy so they were able to drop those in the grease to get them crispy for me but couldn't drop new ones bc I wanted two orders of chicken strips for my fam to eat. So I had to go to another place to get more food Instead of just here. I'll give them one more chance once I ask the manager what was the problem of not dropping them but can drop ones they already had? And if not rude and let me know what happened then I'll give this place one more chance and after that I won't eat here again. And I just moved to Washington NC too from Greenville nc so if I have to go to Greenville to get some Hardee's there I will if can't get there stuff together here. Just plain ridiculous. This morning you must have exactly the right Change to get anything .Nobody can be bothered to go to the bank.I tried to order anyway and pay with my card ,But they dnt have bread for the sandwich. 12/8/23 lost my business .Poor planning on the management for today. I bought two hamburgers and didn't eat them. They were really awful. I felt nauseous, and French fries were awful. It was the first time I had eaten such an awful burger joint.

I typically only go to Hardees when I get fast food and when I do it's only this Hardees. These are some of the nicest folks and I honestly look forward to seeing them. They have great attitudes, great work ethic and overall just some really cool people. Also, don't sleep on that peach pie. It's so good, trust me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rather disappointing. Arrived at 7:30 and my husband and I chose to get a small hamburger with just lettuce tomato and mayonnaise not knowing that they charged us $2.00 for tomato slices. The little hamburger was so thin and so tough and dried out we could not eat. For those two drinks and two of those small hamburgers, we were charged OVER $10.00. NONE OF THE 4 OF US PLAN TO GET THEIR HAMBURGER WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO, AND MAYO EVER AGAIN FROM THAT HARDEES. It was not their usual hamburger.... Usually moist and delicious.
