Amazing store and very polite and dedicated employees, this store is on top in Charlotte in my opinion! The layout is good, they do need more restrooms but the restrooms are adequate.
First visit to the new location at Providence and Golf Links. Very impressed. State of the art. Revamped layout so it took me a few minutes to get acclimated, but I'm a fan. Early shift staff was friendly.
*2022 update* Still a huge fan of this location. The staff is always super helpful. The store is clean and has a good selection. Check out the seasonal decorations!
*2023 update* Still a regular and still a fan. Need an inflatable gnome Santa?

This is a really nice grocery store. Not only do they have everything you could need in terms of groceries, but they also have a really nice bar inside of the store. You can order a drink and take it around grocery shopping with you. What's not to like about that? There's also a gas station here which is very convenient.

The Starbucks within this Harris teeter is the best and not only do they actually make my drink correct they always make sure I have what I need like straws , stoppers, drink Carriers and all. it’s hard to find a Starbucks within a retail business that actually does a good job so 10/10 for this location! Also they are incredibly clean , every time I peek back behind the bar it’s always prestigiously clean!
Bummer but was told management is the issue as to why they do not carry blonde expresso !
Great store! Love being able to have a delicious beer while shopping. And only $5!! That’s a Steal! The lady at the self checkout is always sooooo sweet!! The deli guys were very nice and quick. Very clean store!
Wow, what an incredible store! They have a handful of awesome amenities inside such Starbucks, a bar, yes, you read that right, enormous a hot-food bar, fresh bakery, fresh pizza, large deli counter and a terrific selection of cheeses. There are several high-tops and seating at the bar area with orderable food.
They have a fantastic variety of groceries --certainly one of the best in the area, and well-stocked shelves. The organization of the store is great, it's very well planned and laid out, with a clean and airy spacious feel. In addition to the high-tops, there is a ton of seating next to the Starbucks to eat, have coffee and work with USB and power outlets readily available.
The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and there is plenty of parking up front. Easy on and out from surround main roads. A much needed, and extraordinary addition to the community to have a grocery store of this size.
I like going to Harris Teeter for dinner take out. Everything I got was old. 4 different salads. Hawaiian salad was so old the marshmallows crystallized, dirty pudding sameway. The salads as well... Not what I was expecting from Harris Teeter... Might try again and will update
Staff literally just trying to give me a hard time. Tried to buy some German Radler, which is beer mixed with soda. Like 2-3% alcohol. I’m much older than legal drinking age. Drivers license expired last week and new one in mail. Store denied me from buying. Procured passport. Still denied. Just because they felt like giving me a hard time and not selling me items. Not shopping here again. Jerks!
