Delicious Chinese food. We drive from Chowchilla, and it is well worth it! Vegetables are fresh and firm. Unlike some Chinese restaurants where everything tastes the same, all dishes have their own flavor. The Hong Kong Chow Mein is very good. Meat is quality without the heavy breading and overpowering sauce. Customer service is terrific. Every time I come in, I am greated right away and the lady who runs the front asks if it will be my usual order. I try to eat here once a week because the food is so good. The place is clean and always fast. Staff is always friendly! Pot stickers are amazing. I usually order something for family to take home or pickup. I always try my families food and have never had a bad dish here. It is the ONLY place to go for Chinese food in Madera. I have been looking for a good spot for a while now and hands down the best in Madera and the surrounding area!
