Great happy hour wine and food amazing. Slow food service, don't understand when its the Hyatt Hotel with a high end professional kitchen. Eric great behind the bar, Ashley not so........ Burger ok 7/10 Chicken Sandwich 8/10 Fish and Steak Tacos 9/10 Chicken Wings 8/10 - excellent glass of Pinot Noir. 2nd visit today 6.23 need a rethink on staff. Revisit 6.29.18 and Eric working again, what a difference a day and staff make - back up another star to 4. Revisit 6.7.2018 and once again the staff make all the difference, excellent quality service, remembering your names and drinks 10/10 top man Eric..... Food service alot quicker too, less patrons but all in all this is a must Happy Hour visit.

Below average. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries on the patio and it was subpar. The fries were soggy like limp pale type of fries, which really was disappointing. I am pregnant and was looking forward to a yummy sinful meal and then I got that. Thought I would share my experience so no other pregnant women (or non pregnant folk) get ripped off on their cheat meal. 🫤

Went for the weekend to Palm springs and stopped by the Hyatt patio bar. We order a few things to share(wings, guacamole, etc). This is the so called guacamole, it looked like quinoa or some kind of rice. Note to kitchen, if your avocados aren't ripe then 86 the entire item .

Popped in for a drink. Asked the bartender if they were open since there was no one there. She just pointed at the bottles and said yes there's bottles out right? I pointed at the sign saying bartender away from the bar. Lol. 24$ plus tip seemed to lack value for what was offered. No quality check. Paid and left. Margarita tasty in a tall glass with no salt rim?

We ate there on a Sunday night. Great food and the drinks were strong! Friendly service and the filet mignon quesadillas were amazing! A little pricey, but to be expected.. I recommend.
