Love going to this place. The hot cocoa reminds me of my grandmother as she would make it similar to what they serve here. I didn’t see management team visiting tables though. The food during Happy Hour is phenomenal. Their menu gives you the ability to try many items at a great price point. Their regular menu items did seem a bit pricey. The service was pretty good but it did take a bit for us to be seated, even though we had a reservation and the restaurant was fairly empty. Excellent service, food and waitstaff. When I drank my tequila water I feel like I was in Mexico. The food is excellent very well cook and present. The churros with a hot chocolate very delicious. The most important the attention of the staff professional and happy. Valet parking was complementary which was a savior !! Food is great , the octopus starters are nice, duck and skirted steak for mains and the flan for desert .. if u like the margaritas, I recommend the Oaxacan one.. nice woody taste .. place is quite busy for a Thursday evening so I recommend reservations ! Food is absolutely fantastic. If you haven't tried Hugo's, I highly recommend. There was an issue with ordering (on their website and 3rd party) , causing me to have to wait almost an hour from the promised time, making me late back to work. They eventually found the order in their system, and I had to wait for them to cook it. I would suggest calling in the order. Aside from that, the food was great.
