I had only been getting coffee and pastries to-go from this shop, but today I had a full sit-down meal. I'm thrilled that I did! Very tasty, reasonable prices and helpful, friendly service. Recommend the soups!

The coffee is great, but the service needs improvement!
I pre-ordered & prepaid for TWO coffees through the website the night before, so I can run in during the morning, grab my coffee & get to work on time. The website was very easy to navigate and I was even able to specify the exact time for pickup. The next morning I arrive to my order not ready, no apology, and no proactive offer for a refund. I quickly left with one coffee, but couldn't wait for the pour over coffee to be made.
When I called and asked for a refund for the pour over, the refund
was issued (still with no apology). Of course I paid a tip through the app the night before for the pour over, however, that wasn't refunded (so I tipped on a drink that was never provided).
The lady recommended that when I pre-order through the website in the future, I should call 20 minutes before to ask them to check their pending orders. The entire point of pre-ordering is to avoid this hassle. You cannot trust that when you order & pre-pay and select a pickup time, that your order will be ready for you. If they were apologetic and refunded my entire order, I would be understanding, but there was no attempt to "clean up" this poor transaction.
