Ordered a “giant” roast beef sandwich tonight. It looks like they put less meat than we get on a regular. For an $18 dollar sandwich, it should have more roast beef. Is this because I used my points? If so, that’s pretty lame. Food: 2

Horrible. Told 10-15 min wait for my food. After I order... Waited 17 mins prior just in line... Then I go to get my wife cause this was for her lunch .. and we come back and no sandwich was made yet..... She has only 15 mins left on her lunch break.... And now we are here again..... No sandwich.... This is now 23 mins after I order and 40 mins after arriving..... Then I ask for my order they say "he is just now getting started on it"..... My pregnant wife's lunch is now ruined and she is gonna go back to work and we wasted time and gas and her break and everything for a sub that takes 28+ mins from order time ???
