Rented a carbon Specialized SJ Evo and hit Phil’s World for an afternoon. Staff was super friendly and the bike was almost new. Highly recommend the shop and definitely recommend Phil’s World too!!!

Rented a hardtail from Kokopelli B&B for a quick Phil's World session while I was passing through town. They had everything that I needed (helmet, bike rack) and my choice of flats or clips. Quick, friendly service (thanks Tom!), clean, well-maintained equipment, in and out in minutes. The shop was full of useful products and cool merch. Note that rentals are handled through a third-party website, which I would call a neutral experience, but it was not an inconvenience. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience renting a mountain bike! Staff was really knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Bike worked great and that made for an amazing time at Phil's World. Highly recommend.

I've been everywhere looking for someone who would help me fix my tire for my mototec trike scooter and they gave it a go, and Compleated the task that no one is n Moab or Durango would even touch because it's a complex job. I'm happy to say that they did it and did it correctly. Thank you 🙏 GREAT JOB! Kikopelli bike and board.

We had our 3 bikes recently serviced and some upgrades added. The owner stands 100% behind his shop which is awesome. Most shops make excuses for mistakes and not the case here. Eli and Trent are very informative on anything and don’t push bike industry standards that not everyone wants or likes. If you want something they will do their best to figure how to make it work on your bike or point you in the direction you should go. It’s very nice to not be told only this or that when it’s a very personal choice on riding style and performance a biker is looking for. Thanks again for the great service and everyone there is very friendly which is nice to see at a bike shop too. And the icing on the cake is they still wear masks if necessary for vulnerable customers like my husband! Thanks for believing in science!

Awesome staff at Kokopelli! I started with having bikes serviced here and was treated well. Then I bought a bike and it needed some warranty work, which they took great care of me all the way through. Would recommend to anybody!

Super helpful and knowledgeable and fast to assist. Stopped in with a shifting issue, I was prepared to leave it overnight as it was a few minutes before closing and the dude just rode it around the shop a couple times, adjusted it and I was on my way. Really friendly folks, highly recommend this location or the one in Dolores, both are amazing! Thanks for great service!

While on vacation, we drove from Durango to ride Phil’s World. Got my bike off the car to find that my rear derailleur was missing a jockey wheel. Found this bike shop who got my bike fixed in no time and was back out on the trail. Thanks for the awesome service

Had an electronic switch issue with my eMTB. Went to see Eli the Mechanic. The outcome is that my whip is now fixed. Doubt that I have ever experienced better customer service at a Bike Shop. Thanks Eli...!
