I have had a terrible experience each time but this last time really encompassed it all. No other customers were there, it took 20 minutes for our food (two bowls totaled almost $40). Mine was missing ingredients, my partner's was inedible. We counted 3-4 staff members there, laughing and would frequently come out giggling saying "sorry I am just tired today, I will make your food, I promise." Finally at the end when I used the restroom, ZERO TP and paper towels. How is there 3-4 staff, no customers and no one has checked the restroom? It honestly feels like a group of non-invested youth just hanging out each time I go. I have supported Washington St businesses for over a decade but will not be returning again.

We love stopping here every time we drive through Golden. The food is delicious and the acai bowls are great! It takes a long time to get your food so I would plan to wait for at least 15 mins if not 20 to get anything back (including smoothies). They have a dog-friendly outdoor seating area (no dogs allowed inside), and there is a seating area inside too. This place is best as a take-out spot, since the parking can be tough, but the food is just so good... We stop every time.

We were there on vacation in early January and stopped at Kona Coffee Cafe for a pick me up. Wow. Absolutely top notch coffee and the staff were fun and helpful. 10/10, telling all my friends who are in the area to try this place out!
