I love Lowe’s Foods, but very disappointed that their “Gourmet” Coffee Shop doesn’t carry Stevia sweeteners. All I can get are chemicals to sweeten my drinks. Once they change this (I mean, come on, they are a grocer- they can use some Truvia or something!) I will change this to a 5 star review, but not until they do the right thing for their coffee customers. Service is usually polite and good regardless.

Ordered 210 wings on Wednesday 1/17/24. To which it's 33 cent wing day. I was told I would have to order four counts of 48 and one 24 count of wings. When I arrived, they didn't have the order ready or available. I ended up only receiving 120 wings that I had to pick up from the ready-made area. I'm very disappointed in the quality as half of this was cold. I had to compensate for what I didn't have in the order of 48 wings that were put back in my original order.

Update to my review to say we have really grown to love this store! The meat and seafood department continues to be hit and miss, but produce and other stock continues to be awesome. We love the beer and wine assortments, and we've since tried multiple lowes-brand products and do enjoy most of them. This store gets 5 stars for presentation and only 1 or 2 for what we've actually purchased here. Their produce section is AMAZING and they have high quality items (but pricey!). Meat department is the same (great looking products but on the pricey side.) Everything is clean and organized, and everyone is friendly. Unfortunately...we bought the pub burgers and they were NOT good at all lol. Could have been a fluke, but we also purchased a roast here that wasn't very flavorful (oddly) and the grapes were sour! (Ironic, I know right? But it's true!) We tried something else that was lowes store brand, I forget what it was but I remember we decided against it for the future. I'm going to come back at least once more to try a couple of other things, and want to bring my husband to see how neat the inside of the store is. They have a clip your own herbs garden that I'd like to try, and some good looking pastries. Unfortunately my first trip there turned out to be a bust.

I wish there was one in Charlotte NC, there's plenty of room on the WESTSIDE!!! Wonderful store layout, super clean and well stocked. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I plan to be in the area, I will have a cooler; the in-store made sausage section had me almost needing a mop for my drool!!!

The Cakery once again made a perfect cake for my grandsons birthday party . It was beautiful and tasted awesome. Thank you so much to the employee that went out of her way to accommodate my special request . I will always buy my cakes here .

We buy fruit tarts at Lowes all the time. Today there were no bigger ones ready, so they said they would make one for me, GREAT! Well, after waiting 15 minutes for this to be personally made, how I feel is that this just didn't feel like $16 worth of a fruit tart... Other times they have been really loaded with berries, but that has been when they are on display, because nobody would buy a display with skimpy berries. I guess I didn't have to buy it after they made it, but honestly it would be better if this wasn't an issue in future visits to this premium grocery store. Then again, maybe my expectations are too high for what $16 is worth these days.

The woman in the floral department made a beautiful little bouquet for my granddaughter, She was very nice. There was live entertainment also, they were also very nice, they sang Wheels on the Bus for her. It was a really enjoyable shopping day. :)

Literally the greatest grocery store to ever do it. They got coffee and beer/wine to drink while u shop, they got nice decorations in produce and especially the deli area, the layout is fantastic, and good selection on items, especially bread and flowers. 5/5 🍬❤️

I had no idea how incredibly wonderful this store was until I went in last week. I always have heard good reviews, but never took the time to go in. Oh my gosh, I was missing out! Phenomenal selection of everything and impeccable cleanliness and service.
