Passed by this place and decided to stop and try. It was a good decision cause the food and service was great. Chips and sauce was just right and the plate I got was spiced mild to medium. Had street tacos: they came with very tender(don’t even need your teeth to eat) beef fajitas cooked with vegetables. Had a good flavor but not mouth watering for my taste; the same with the charros beans. The ambient is mellow with Spanish Christian music playing at a low decibel. This is my wifes Go To pregnancy craving spot ... The queso and homemade tortillas and the rice.... And the chips and salsa.. I've been dining at this restaurant since its' early beginning as a very small one-room restaurant which was located further down Kearney. Food has always been great considering other Tex-Mex fare in the area. Service has always been friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the dining area and the restrooms are top-notch. Had the ground beef burrito here. It was a decent meal, but a bland. The waitstaff was fairly attentive. The burrito and a soda cost $17. Way too expensive for average food.

No limes! How is it possible that a Mexican restaurant anywhere does not have limes? We've been here several times. The food is generously delicious. The service is good.
