Been here many times. Every time the food takes AGES. It’s been around 25-40 minute wait. They also for some reason always don’t have one of the things I’m ordering. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

We were there for an hour and our order never arrived. To be fair there were quite a lot of people in the restaurant. Unfortunately we were in a rush, seeing as we were there with a young child and it was getting late. When we went to ask about the order nobody would talk to us. After this we decided we didn't want to eat there. In trying to get our money back we were told to wait by five different employees. When we finally got through to someone we had to tell him twice that we wanted our money back. Certain circumstances can make a long wait acceptable, but not being able to speak with the staff because we're being ignored now that's just unacceptable.
