Love this place. Hot pastrami sub ftw. Closest thing to San Francisco’s Sub Central hot pastrami (god-tier sandwich) I’ve had anywhere else. Not cheap but they dropped prices a little since opening so a sub and soda is $15 (big lunch for one or light lunch for 2). Glad to have a good sub spot back in the valley. Get a their Big Cali specialty sandwich of the week, holy goodness! It was amazing. Originally thought that sandwich was on the smaller side when they gave it to me. But after eating it, I was perfectly full. Amazing service, the staff was super welcoming. I look forward to eating here again.

Clean little shop with classic, no bolinga delicious sandwiches… well maybe they have bolinga too but, haha I mean no bs! Straight to the point and well done. No doubt this is one of the best options in town for a quick and yummy sandwich at a good price. The bread was fresh and ingredients were on point with good portions. The jewish and turkey subs were the bomb and my wife really enjoyed the veggie option. The cookies were home made! We came back later for more cookies haha

$27 for a pastrami Reuben, side of potato salad, and can of soda seems a little steep even for Ojai. Sandwich was good, but not as good as Old New York in Camarillo. I'd go back to try other sandwiches, but not at those prices.

MJ’s is a great place to grab a sandwich! Ojai finally has a great shop with delicious sandwiches! Can’t go wrong with a turkey sandwich but my favorite is the corned beef!
