Era of Mohan bakery has ended. Since last 5 orders they have been delivering 3-4days old cake with slimy old cream taste and bread which is falling apart while cutting. That specialization of pineapple flavour which use to fill the tastebuds is now turning tongue sour. Toughest part is now to look for new baker nearby.

Pathetic customer service...I visited Mohan bakery Ambala Cantt and asked for cake order for my daughter 's first birthday. They asked me to call Kurukshetra branch and order there. I called Kurukshetra branch and then he said that send your cake design photo on watsapp. I sent photos but no response. I called them again after two days he said that he didn't check that, and then he mentioned that you sent cake with fondents , cream cake is good. Then he sent me some photos which also have fondents cakes , I don't know what he was trying to say, and I selected one cake and asked them to prepare double storey cake for this. They said double storey is not possible for this type of cake...He said it will fell , and destroy...Then I called their GM in Ambala and requested for double storey cake.. He said it is not possible....I checked their Instagram and found that they have already made double storey cake for same design...I sent them photo and talked to GM then he said , sir we can make it but it will be of double cost and so I was saying that it is not possible....Then he said talk on different number for order.....They are harassing customers...how can be a cake of same weight will cost double if it is developed as double storey..and How he judged that I couldn't pay...I don't know why they are reluctant on making that cake....

Found a STEEL SCREW an non eatable item in Wheat Rusk very bad quality (dangerous for kids please check before giving to your baby as written in their description that kids use for teething . Screw was visible from outside it means they do not have good machine for scanning their eatable products. None in India can maintain their quality.

Please basi pestris mat bechiye... 3 din phle meri sister ai thi apke yaha... She told me it was there that time she almost bought it 3 days later it still there i buy it bcs it looks good but when i taste it... It dose no taste freash at all... It tast like its very old

Mohan Bakery is popular bakery in ambala Cantt area. They provide cakes, pastries, parties of various types. Very good quality cakes provides by them. Anyone can order cake from them. The one thing i didnt like, they were not accepting payment through card and Paytm etc. They are making excuses like softwares are updating etc. Otherwise all good.
