We have been regulars for a while. Tonight was abysmal. The bartenders could not have cared less about us. Food was just average tonight. Service was slow and impersonal. Bill was wrong. Took a long time to resolve. Wine was flat and we just left it. Non plus experience. Last time we come here on a Friday night. Bummer. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I can eat Moretti's pizza every week and never tire of it. The thin crust is my favorite because it's always nice and crispy. The restaurant in downtown Barrington has an excellent dining room in the back that is very conducive to chatting with your spouse or friends - not loud at all, even when crowded. We enjoyed the Loaded Mac and Cheese pizza along with a Carnivore Pizza we created for the meat lovers in our group. The pizza was hot and good and we had a great server that was right on top of the drinks and food. We were there on a Saturday it wasn't crowded and was a relaxing, enjoyable experience for our group. Asked server about an item description. She was unable to answer. Fine, she was young. My order arrived…. Had no idea what it was…. Didn’t match what I thought I ordered. A passing waiter said he was not allowed to help us (!?) but did his best within what he felt he could do. Finally, the manager comes over… he takes an aggressive stance, in my face. Tells me to be quiet and listen when I try to explain the problem. At that point I told them to take the food back. I sat with my friends while they ate. The server never apologized, never offered a comped anything… the manager watched our party leave…. I’ve read through the reviews here… seems like it’s time for a better manager training… so many opportunities to coach and model in this interaction… or, if he’s not coachable by corporate, a new manager. After all this, my companions found the new 3% surcharge added to each bill… beware… it’s in very small print at the end of the bill—very easy to miss. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Service: 1

Waited 40 mins to see our server. We saw him when we dropped off our drinks and we ordered our food right away when he did. He never stopped at the table (we saw him at other tables) Had to find my own check and boxes. When he finally came to the table his reasoning was, he was too busy. Interesting bc he managed to check on all his other tables but us. Never got a manger when I told him how up set I was just said I'll take it (check) when ready. Then a soup was left on I never got and he tried to say I got it. I only saw a manager when she tried to drop off flyers for an upcoming event. She was sweet and apologized but don't feel things were fully handled. I have past food server experience, of 10 years. This was not handled well and unacceptable. Food was good. I loved the environment and was excited to have a new place to go to. Only complaint is the service. Party of 7 Fri night seated at 630 apps and drinks served reasonably 17 min did not get the cold dinners 5 of 7 till 830. While busy there were open tables. They penny pinch on their servings. Be aware if you order to go. They'll show a stack of vegetables in their photos and give you two instead. I'm adding a photo of what we received compared to what their website advertised

I have mixed reviews for this restaurant. I was there a week ago and we had great service, our waitress Hayley was awesome! The food tasted actually good. When we order dessert, the brownie with ice cream, they were out of it. I don't understand why they make a DAILY SPECIALS menu if it's the same for a very long time! If they don't offer something new then don't call it daily specials with dates on it. At the front is always Jung girls and some of them are not friendly and gave me a bad attitude. I place an order for pick up, the app/website had a time where it says I can go pick up my food. Which was already 30 min waiting. When I get there to pick up my food 30 after placing the order. it wasn't ready. I waited 50+min for my to go order. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
