Many visitors come here to try good consomme, sandwiches and salmon. Nothing can be better than ordering tasty popovers, chocolate cookies and muffins. You will enjoy delicious wine at this cafe. The whole impression won't be complete without coffee that is great here. The well-trained waitstaff meets you at NM Cafe all year round. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. There is a cool ambiance and beautiful decor at this place.

I’ve been here a few times including this morning, included photos from multiple visits. I’ve had the penne al a vodka for lunch and I’ve had a honey jasmine oatmilk latte, and I’ve tried their muffins. I recommend it all! Great service, my favorite so far is Ashley at the bar,m who is super personable and sweet. And the atmosphere is pretty nice, good option to grab a bite in the mall! Not the Neiman Marcus culinary experience I’m accustomed to back in Texas (the store’s home). While there the NM burgers are among the best around, the one I was served here today was embarrassingly bad. Overcooked, no seasoning, bone dry. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of consistency from store to store. This brand, beloved in my family for generations, is sadly in a tailspin. Two stars only because our waitress couldn’t have been friendlier. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I brought my granddaughters there on the Saturday before Easter for a treat. I ordered the Cobb salad ($24)….awful. Who makes a Cobb salad with processed lunch meat turkey? Also, it said it was served with ranch dressing, but it tasted like Mayo with maybe chopped parsley in it….again awful. The only things good were the popovers. The newer menu is also truly lacking. One star solely for the food. I’ve had better food at cheap diners. The service was just OK. The café was dull looking and unexciting. Didn’t reflect the prices on the menu. Overall I would never come here again. I can see why it was empty. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
