First time ever for me trying O'Learys at the airport in Tromsø. And probably the last time. The chips were warm, but the burger was very cold. I complained and they said they would give me a new burger - which they did. So, at least a certain amount of service. The burger came (after quite some time), and it was burned black. ( see picture). They asked if I wanted a new burger, or the money back. I chose money back. Not especially handicapp friendly either. The young person I talked with, was polite. We visited last week and it was very expensive - over £80 for 2 burgers, 1 nachos and 2 pepsis. The menu sounded good and the burger was mostly ok, but the fries arrived completely cold. We’d paid for mozzarella and cheese sauce on the nachos - the cheese was minimal but just enough to have set all the nachos together in a clump before they arrived at the table. The cheese sauce was absent. The receipt system which was supposed to sent an sms receipt didn’t work. Staff were too busy to speak to customers and our flight was called before we could complain. Absolutely disgraceful. Waited 45 minutes for Chips. Found them sitting on the counter cold & had to advise the staff. When we told them they were cold they said “Too Bad”. Then was told they would not serve drinks because they were about to finish ‘soon’, also had no soda water? So rude, non apologetic, could not speak any lower of this place. It has been 1 week now and I still didn’t received my refund. We ordered there and paid 70€ for 2 but the kitchen was not functional. Please refund us asap Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Place with soal, but waiters are not cleaning the tables, and its very dirty everywhere. They leave dirty plates on empty tables. Tables are sticky when you touch because of fat. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 500–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Bad service from what appears to be underage personal. Expensive it is. One Sol bottle, 10 buffalo wings and fries for over 400Nrk. And the wings where bearly warm.

Served at the bar. Then reprimanded for drinking at the bar, waiting for the staff to clear the table behind me while they chatted and checked their phones. Table not wiped down. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
